NH Collection Palacio de Burgos

The magnificent Gothic-style building that houses the NH Collection Palacio de Burgos hotel has had many different functions over the past 500 years: a convent, a military hospital, an academy for army engineers, and a Jesuit college. Construction of its most beautiful element, the stone cloister, began in the 16th century under the direction of the architect Juan de Vallejo.
