Located on the Thabor road, in the Mozart area on the eastern edge of Valence, the restaurant opened its doors in 2020 after several months of work. Its owner, Caroline, is not at her first attempt since she ran the Resto de Caro in the historic center of the city. It is therefore to offer a new setting to the people of Valencia that she chose to install her stoves on the edge of town and countryside 10 minutes from the center. The establishment offers for lunch only (private or professional events in the evenings on reservation), seasonal cuisine in the quiet green garden in the shade of plane trees. The 3 seminar and meeting rooms are available to companies and training organizations wishing to meet outside their walls. Saison2: a new restaurant address in Valence to discover during a tasty break with family, colleagues or friends every day from Monday to Friday noon.

There is nothing like a warm setting and welcome to facilitate team engagement during a corporate event. The refined interior decoration, the green setting of the garden and the tasty cuisine invite to letting go and reflection.

The restaurant is open from 8am to 5pm. It is possible to open and adjust the hours according to your events.
