Un petit d'histoire Après une destruction presque complète en 1590 et 1591, Lyons renaît au début du XVIIe siècle. L’auberge du « Cheval Blanc » ouvre ses portes vers 1610 au cœur de la petite cité. Un bel escalier d’époque où Louis XIII témoigne encore de cette époque.
