A bit of history After near-complete destruction in 1590 and 1591, Lyons was reborn at the beginning of the 17th century. The "Cheval Blanc" inn opened its doors around 1610 in the heart of the small city. A beautiful period staircase where Louis XIII still bears witness to this era.
