Mas Fanny
Allgemeine Beschreibung
A small heritage gem in the medieval village of Ners, Mas Fanny is a charming and distinctive 900m² gîte built entirely of exposed stone, hinting at its evolution over time. A former manor house with Gallo-Roman foundations and a place of refuge during the religious wars; stables, an oil mill and a cistern have now given way to a unique holiday destination.
Composed of a 1200m² garden, a private swimming pool, large terraces (one of which is covered), two reception rooms (one of which is soundproofed), a large functional kitchen, 12 bedrooms, numerous living spaces and various equipment (billiards, table football, table tennis, pétanque, library), everyone can enjoy the gentle lifestyle that reigns at the Mas in their own way.
Located near the villages of Aigues Mortes, Uzes, Montclus or Vézénobres, the farmhouse is a strategic starting point for a multitude of getaways. The Pont du Gard, the Arènes de Nîmes, the Duchy of Uzès and the bamboo garden of Anduze… From the Cévennes to the Camargue, from the Cèze valley to the Gardon gorges, you can go hiking (GR6 trail), mountain biking, kayaking, climbing...
