Behind Mersea are Olivier Bellin, a double-starred Chef at Auberge des Glazicks in Brittany, Keyvan Badri and Michael Da Silva, young French entrepreneurs. These food and restaurant enthusiasts convinced the double-starred Chef Olivier Bellin to join them in enhancing fish in a street food version and, since then, to stay the course of the brigade.
Restaurant in a private passage, with a large terrace away from traffic. Atypical and quiet passage.
