In Chablis, the Cistercian monks would be proud to see that their historic Petit Pontigny cellar remains entirely dedicated to promoting Burgundy's vineyards and wines. Nearly ten centuries of history accompany you within this intimate historic building, renovated and integrated into the warm atmosphere of the garden.

The Chablis vineyard extends over about twenty municipalities. This vineyard has been given the beautiful name of Golden Gate of Burgundy. The Grand Auxerrois is also full of peculiarities, with a varied range of appellations spread over a multitude of old vineyards. Finally, there are the Tonnerrois and the Châtillonais. All these are evidence of the richness of the wines of northern Burgundy.
