Konzeptbeschreibung:
Aufbauend auf ihrer pädagogischen und gastronomischen Erfahrung bietet die Ecole Lenôtre Team-Building-Sitzungen unter Kollegen an, um einen Moment hochwertiger Küche zu teilen. Täglich verfeinern unsere professionellen Studenten ihre Handgriffe und Techniken in unseren Workshops.
Aktivität:
Accueil, création, dégustation. En présentiel ou distanciel
Besonderheiten:
- Création de pâtisserie à emporter (2 à 3 heures)
- Création d’un menu complet à déguster sur place (4h)
- De Rungis à l’assiette (dès 6h du matin) :
6h Visite du marché de Rungis (transport assuré par nos soins) / Cours de cuisine avec entrée, plat et dessert / Déjeuner & moment d’échanges
- Cooking challenge en équipe (4h)
- Distanciel online (1h à 2h) : création d'une pâtisserie ou tapas
