Access to and use of the services is reserved for Users who organize professional events on behalf of a company.

Article 2: Access
Access to the website and the User area is free. Users have various means at their disposal to log in (Email, Google SSO, Microsoft SSO).
Each User must comply with the following conditions:

- Represent a legal entity.
- Use the services for professional purposes.
The User has access to the following services:
- Search for venues via a search engine
- View supplier profiles
- Request quotes from suppliers
- Request direct quotes from an Alfred Meeting project manager with support
- View quotes from suppliers
- Compare budget offers
- Use the chat with suppliers
- Access all invoices in the history
- Rate suppliers
Article 3: IT Responsibilities
Alfred Meeting cannot be held responsible in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of service preventing full or partial access to the platform and the User area.
The User is solely responsible for their equipment, internet browsing, password management, and the connection they use. They are therefore responsible for protecting their equipment and data in all circumstances.
Alfred Meeting cannot be held responsible for damages caused to the User due to their equipment, browsing, or connection.
Article 4: User Responsibilities
A User may post content through their User area:
- Messages on the chat
- Annotations on received quotes
- Reviews
- Logos
- Modifications or information related to their specifications
The User agrees to post content that is respectful of others and the law and accepts that their content may be rejected by Alfred Meeting without obligation to justify.
Alfred Meeting will use this content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the objective pursued by the User through their post without extending its use.
Article 5: Responsibilities of Information Provided by Suppliers
Alfred Meeting allows suppliers to present information and documents to Users:
- Commercial brochures
- Quotes
- Invoices
- Photos
- Information and advice via chat
None of this information shall bind Alfred Meeting, which is not responsible for the information provided by suppliers, whether contractual or not.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
All technical documents, products, photographs, texts, logos, drawings, videos, etc., are subject to copyright and are protected by intellectual property laws. When provided to our Users, they remain the exclusive property of Alfred Meeting, the sole holder of the intellectual property rights to these documents, which must be returned upon request.
Our Users agree not to make any use of these documents that might infringe upon the supplier's industrial or intellectual property rights and agree not to disclose them to any third party, except with express and prior authorization from Alfred Meeting.
