This unique building from 1856, formerly an oil and soap factory, has been completely renovated and transformed into a microbrewery, in order to reconnect with the industrial and brewing heritage of the "City of Dukes". Located on the Esclain shipyard, this work received the National Wood Construction Prize upon its reopening.
