General Description
A small heritage gem of the medieval village of Ners, located 30km from Nîmes, Mas Fanny is a charming gîte steeped in history, with nearly 900m² built entirely of exposed stone. Formerly a manor house with Gallo-Roman foundations, it was a place of refuge during the Wars of Religion, a school, a place of work, meetings and exchanges for our farmers. Today, the mas has been renovated into a unique holiday, work and reception venue.Composed of a 1400m² garden, 3 independent gites with 12 bedrooms (26 people in its maximum capacity), a private swimming pool, a solarium, a sauna, large terraces (one of which is covered), 2 large multi-purpose rooms (for your meetings or meals), a large, very functional and well-equipped kitchen, a large barbecue, 2 professional planchas. Due to its configuration, Mas Fanny is ideal for organising private receptions (family reunions, family celebrations, ceremonies, etc.) and professional meetings (seminars, study days, management committees, etc.).
