This Savoyard-style building is a 10-minute drive from Lake Annecy and the city center, and close to the main road to Geneva and Paris, the A40 and A41. Mont Blanc is an hour's drive away and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand. Located in the Grand Epagny shopping district, you will find a variety of shops in addition to stunning views of the surrounding mountains, which you can admire from the terrace. Many restaurants are within 150 meters of the property. We also have 3 meeting/conference rooms, from small to large capacity, from 6 to 30 people. For your professional meetings, we can welcome you for half a day, a day or a week with or without accommodation. The hotel has free outdoor parking and secure underground parking for cars/motorcycles at a price of €10 per night, on request to ensure we can reserve a parking space for you. Our 48 rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, a 50-inch television with chromecast, and free high-speed wifi access. You can enjoy a comfortable breakfast room where you can also work during the day. Arrival is from 3 p.m. Departure until 11 a.m. Breakfast is a buffet served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sundays, where you can enjoy hot drinks, bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, muesli, dried and fresh fruit, yogurts from the Epagny farm, fruit juices, homemade cakes. If you need vegetable milk or gluten-free products, please let us know in advance so we can take care of it. We have a bar, open from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., where you can enjoy a cold beer, a local lemonade or a glass of wine. We offer on-site catering solutions on request, with our partner My Little Warung. We accept animals, for €10 per night and within a limit of 10kg. Finally, we take a bank imprint of €80, by credit card, which is not debited from your account, and which is released on the day of your departure, after your room has been cleaned by our team. This policy has been put in place to avoid damage caused by smoking in the room, or theft of equipment (pillows, hair dryer, kettle, etc).
