With elegant interiors and glorious gardens, the Cheshire venue is ideal for both your ceremony and wedding reception.The venue is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, marriages and partnerships in the Hall, Lakeside Wing and Outdoors.The Hall and Lakeside Wing can be booked for the full venue experience and we offer full, exclusive use of both for your celebrations. Alternatively, for a more contemporary wedding, the Lakeside Wing can be booked in isolation, with stunning views over the picturesque lake and formal gardens. Hall WeddingsIn the Hall, civil ceremonies can be held for up to 120 guests, wedding breakfasts for up to 80 guests in one room or 160 guests split between 2 rooms, with up to 180 guests for your evening reception.Following your romantic ceremony, champagne reception and wedding breakfast, your evening reception takes place in the Lakeside Wing.Wedding couples at Capesthorne will enjoy a fantastic variety of services which are included as standard in the exclusive hire of the Hall. Floral arrangements, banqueting chairs and tables are included in the Hall, and the terrace overlooking the West Lawn is available for your post-ceremony drinks. The bride and bridesmaids will also have access to a private Dressing Room, allowing them to add the finishing touches to their bridal look. In addition, the first floor exhibition is open to you and your guests to provide an insight into the history of the Hall.Lakeside WeddingsWeddings can also take place in the Lakeside Wing on an exclusive basis for civil ceremonies with dining for up to 160 guests and capacity for 180 guests for an evening reception.The wedding breakfast and evening celebrations are held in the Garden Room and Lakeside Marquee. The Lakeside provides raised views over the beautiful lake and glorious gardens.With Lakeside weddings, exclusive use of the gardens and grounds is included.
