Le Château de Lastours compte 4 villas de charme parsemées sur le domaine avec 22 chambres au total. En adition, un Resort 4**** avec piscine et spa ouvrira ses portes en juillet 2026, avec 38 chambres supplémentaires.
Le restaurant dispose de 80 places assises. Nous avons cependant la possibilité de servir dans la salle de réception qui se trouve dans le même bâtiment, où nous pourrons servir jusqu'à 160 couverts.
