Concept Description: "Like an orchestra" ideally meets your objective. This team-building workshop illustrates in 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on your program) the messages you want to convey to the participants. In a fun/professional way, it is a workshop that will unite the group around common values of exchange and communication. This dynamic and festive activity works in project management mode. The group will thus build an orchestra together by following a process. By following our conductor who is "the manager" during the exercise. By listening to and taking into consideration the work of others, while mastering one's knowledge (the technique of the instrument), each person will contribute to the realization of this common project. It is the contribution of each person for the benefit of a collective. It is the richness of the diversity of instruments (men, countries, regions, services, ...) that allows you to build your orchestra (your company, your project, your service, your organization, ...). At the end of the workshop, your employees will have a positive and rewarding memory.
