With 1,000 m² dedicated to common areas, in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, we provide you with a turnkey space in an innovative creative location. The LAB at the Creatis residence is a rental room in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Located in the Folie-Méricourt district, this space is ideal for a study day or a seminar. You can reach this space by taking metro lines 3, 5, 8, 9 or 11 and stopping at République station. You can organize your event in a calm but very warm atmosphere at the LAB, a space available for hire. The setting is contemporary, bright and spacious. The room can be open to the reception area in the evening (90m²) or closed during the day (50m²) thanks to a soundproof partition which will bring your event the necessary confidentiality and intimacy. It benefits from quality acoustics, an industrial feel and a view of the large terrace, which can also be privatized, within a network with a strong societal impact. Indeed, the space is located within the Creatis residence, an incubator dedicated to players in the culture and media sectors. The LAB is notably accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have projection and sound equipment with microphone and paperboard at your disposal to carry out your event successfully and not miss anything. Access to wifi is also guaranteed within this space. In partitioned format, the LAB can accommodate up to 50 people for a seminar or conference, and up to 70 people for a standing cocktail reception. For seminars with working groups, you can also add the NENUFAR and/or FAR AWAY meeting rooms, suitable for small groups of up to 20 people.
