Former artist's loft, this space has been redesigned for your professional events: a large living room can accommodate up to 50 people and the sub-committee rooms can be arranged according to the needs of your event.

Integrate a confidential space of more than 160m2 composed of a large living room with a ceiling height of more than 4.5m, a quiet and sunny exterior of more than 20m2 overlooking an open kitchen. Finally, a large playground with a pool table convertible into a table, an arcade terminal, makes up the ground floor. Two design spaces upstairs allow two groups of 10 people to evolve.

The loft is very easy to access - located on the ground floor at the end of a very quiet courtyard, it is both hidden and confidential but also very well indicated! All collaborators and journalists will love discovering a space unknown to all and yet in the heart of Paris.

The metro lines are less than a 5-minute walk away! For car enthusiasts, many paid parking spaces are often available on the street. We also offer a taxi service.
