OPENING IN JUNE 2021 A balcony overlooking the sea. Located on a promontory flanked by 240 hectares of vineyards, between the Roman city of Narbonne and the beaches of the picturesque village of Gruissan, stands Domaine Capitoul. Garrigue, umbrella pines and aromatic plants give the place a Mediterranean authenticity.

James Basson, a world-renowned landscape architect, relied on the expertise of Sète-based botanist Olivier Filippi to develop a range of Mediterranean plants perfectly adapted to the dry, rocky landscape of La Clape, so that they could thrive without fertilizers or herbicides, and above all without drawing on the most precious of natural resources - water.

The car journey is around 1 hour 10 minutes to reach our location from the center of Montpellier.
The train journey takes approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes to reach our location from Paris.
