In the magical land of Brocéliande and its forest of tales and legends, in Brittany, 20 minutes from Rennes, the Domaine Les Couettes invites you to discover this unique and peaceful place. What could be better than a magnificent Breton farmhouse, its 3 rooms, its 4 gîtes, its swimming pool, and its 1.2-hectare park for holding a seminar, a work meeting, an association event, or something else? The tranquility of the countryside and the charm of the century-old oak trees have made this place a meeting point for companies and associations for more than 20 years.

Domaine Les Couettes offers 3 rooms, including a large reception room of 190 m2 with a capacity of 120 seats and its equipped caterer kitchen, another room for cocktails or other, with a capacity of 70 to 80 people, and finally a room adjoining a cottage with a capacity of 60 to 70 people. Not to mention a magnificent covered swimming pool of 10x5m to relax from April to October, and a wooded park of 1.2 hectares bordered by streams that will delight your guests to enjoy, relax or organize outdoor activities. For accommodation, Domaine Les Couettes allows you to accommodate 40 people in 4 gîtes, including 1 large gîte for 15 people with a dormitory of 7 beds and 2 bedrooms, 1 gîte for 11 people (3 bedrooms), 1 gîte for 10 people (3 bedrooms) and finally 1 gîte for 4 people (2 bedrooms).

Located in the countryside of the small town of Monterfil, the Les Couettes estate will be your starting point for discovering the Brocéliande Forest and its highlights of Arthurian legend. In the heart of the Serein valley, the locality of Les Couettes offers lovely walks or mountain bike rides in the rolling landscapes of moors and forests, with the Étunel Pond nearby. You can also quickly reach the GR 37 hiking trail and the GRP Tour de Brocéliande. Halfway between the Sea and the Ocean, about 1 hour by car, you can also consider discovering the Breton coasts with the Emerald Coast to the north (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale...) and the Gulf of Morbihan to the south.
