Regarding the reception hall, it can accommodate up to 70 seated people and is fully equipped with furniture, sound equipment, tableware, etc... and you will have access to it throughout your stay for team-building moments or work meetings.
Regarding the 26 unusual lodges on the estate, each accommodation consists of 2 independent bedrooms with 1 double bed in the first and 2 single beds in the second. Each lodge is equipped with a living room, kitchenette, and bathroom with toilet. 14 of our 26 lodges are equipped with private wood-fired Nordic baths.
On the catering side, you can enjoy several seated meals or cocktail dinners, with a wide choice of menus.

The estate is located in a 10-hectare lush green setting in the Normandy bocage at Saint Sever Calvados. It is bordered by a pond and a large state forest appreciated for its many hiking trails and its diverse, rolling landscapes. It is also centrally located for visiting Norman tourist sites in Calvados and Manche.
The estate offers modern infrastructure designed in harmony with the surrounding nature (restaurant, seminar room, 26 unusual lodges with private Nordic baths, etc.). During your seminar or training, you can combine studious meetings with a total change of scenery or moments of relaxation directly on the estate.
