Etap'HABITAT - Espace Pilâtre de Rozier

The Pilâtre de Rozier residence offers young people aged 16 to 30 (trainees, apprentices and workers) numerous fully equipped rooms and studios. It also has 13 rooms available for rent, mainly intended for the organization of professional meetings, seminars, training courses, conferences or general assemblies. All our spaces are modular.

We provide a self-service restaurant open to everyone, from Monday to Saturday from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm. You can also enjoy our bar, ideal for extending your discussions in a friendly setting. A private car park with around a hundred spaces is available on site. The site is also accessible by public transport (lines C12, L4 or Mettis A/B - Seille stop).

Located in the city center, in the upscale area of the Queuleu hill, the residence is just a 10-minute walk from the train station. It enjoys a privileged location near the Centre Pompidou-Metz, the Arènes de Metz, and the Muse shopping center. You will also be about an hour's drive from Luxembourg, ideal for cross-border travel.
