General Description
The Fenwick Hotel is a former private mansion that was built in the late 18th century. Recently renovated, it has housed a coworking space and event spaces since 2013. Previously, the building housed the private apartments of Consul Joseph Fenwick, as well as shops and offices.
The building has 1,650m2 of floor space over 5 floors, including a unique reception area on the 2nd floor with balconies, views of the Garonne, antique parquet flooring, majestic fireplaces and high ceilings.
Near the tram B stop CAPC, the building is located in the historic center of Bordeaux, not far from Rue Notre Dame where you can find famous antique dealers, small typical Bordeaux boutiques and wine merchants.
The building is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
