Hempstead House

Hempstead House is a Victorian country house, spa hotel and restaurant. Located in the beautiful Kent countryside, the house is surrounded by four acres of perfectly manicured gardens and sweeping lawns. The grounds offer countless backdrops for your wedding photographs, including the pretty lily pond, thatched summer house, courtyard, stone fountain and swimming pool garden.Our stylish reception rooms are bright and spacious and our floodlit terraces are ideal for a drinks reception. The Heritage Suite is accessed through the grand entrance and is licensed for civil ceremonies, seating up to 150. We have a licensed Roman style gazebo and our beautiful drawing room. We also have a range of smaller dining rooms for a more intimate reception.Our luxurious bedrooms are all individually designed and we offer three honeymoon suites. You and your guests can relax after a full day of celebrations and will be able to make use of our fantastic facilities including our fitness suite with three swimming pools, sauna, steam rooms and gym. Our spa has five treatment rooms, a manicure and pedicure area, and a relaxation room.Choose your wedding breakfast from our extensive award-winning menu. Our chefs will prepare fresh and delicious food which will be served by our warm and friendly staff. You will be looked after by our dedicated wedding coordinator and we will even provide you with a Master of Ceremonies to take care of the running on the day.
