General Description
The hotel is located in a typical seaside villa of Saint-Malo (manor house) that has housed several hotel names such as the Châteaubriand then the acacias before becoming Ar Iniz (which means "near the island" - Ar = near, inis/iniz = island)
Exceptional location on the Sillon in front of the sea, the establishment has the largest terrace on the Sillon.
Visit the old town (Intra Muros), visit Dinard, Cancale and Mont Saint Michel. Visiting the oyster parks remains a classic, as does the boat tour to see the islands up close.
The hotel is open 7/7 and has an annual closing period in January (3 weeks) The restaurant is open 7/7 from May to September and then closes on Mondays and Tuesdays
