Eager to revive this remarkable site, the city of Cognac, owner of the Monnet house since 2006, found in the Anglo-Iranian entrepreneur Javad Marandi, a visionary capable of transforming the place into a luxurious hotel. The architect Didier Poignant worked on the rebirth of this majestic heritage by transforming this site into a haven of tranquility and elegance.
