Our 78 rooms are typical of a historic building. In some, beams are exposed, bathrooms are located in the turrets, original engravings are highlighted as well as all the historical remains that could be restored. Combining contemporary designer furniture, woodwork, cut stone or stained glass, no two rooms are identical.
L'Aumale offers a wide selection of fresh and seasonal products. Our chef offers a varied menu. Opening hours: Open for lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday to Saturday, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM on Sunday (Brunch), and for dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM every day except Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
This 250 m² space is located in the historic part of the hotel, offering a majestic venue steeped in history for your cocktails, brunches, ceremonies, or wedding receptions. The Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde is a historic property dating back to the 15th century located in the heart of Rouen, the ancient capital of Normandy, a Viking stronghold in France, the fiefdom of William the Conqueror, Henry II Plantagenet, Richard the Lionheart, and the site of Joan of Arc's execution.
This former private mansion built for the Le Roux family between 1499 and 1532 features a main facade in the inner courtyard that still preserves Gothic art elements and mullioned windows. The salamander, emblem of Francis I, can be seen in the center.
