We do not have any plastic bottles during seminars or in the rooms. We have a message in the bathrooms to raise guest awareness about the environment and to encourage them not to have their towels washed daily. Water savers for faucets in the rooms. In the restaurant, no more plastic straws, but stainless steel ones. Room key cards are made of wood fiber. We recycle printer ink cartridges. The chef advocates for locavorism and prioritizes local producers (sourcing, among others, from the Coop des Baous: a cooperative at the Col de Vence 15km from the hotel for lamb, honey, and olive oil); eggs are organic and sourced from La Plume Blanche in Vence. Fruits and vegetables come primarily from local producers. The establishment owns 3 beehives through the Moulin de la Clue association, which helped develop a beekeeper's activity in the Vence area and allows us to use the production for guest breakfasts starting in 2020. We have electric charging stations for electric vehicles. We also have a water filtration machine which allows us to reduce our sale of mineral water from the agri-food industry. The cups provided to our customers (fitness) are biodegradable. We have a compost system for green waste and a future permaculture vegetable garden project. We grow our own aromatic herbs on 400m2 for the chef's use.
