Above all, you are entering a signature living space, hybrid and full of history.

access to the 150m2 ground floor including 2 additional rooms, as well as practical equipment: coffee machine with beans and tea included, ladders, paperboard; and tech: Denon sound system, arcade machine, PS5 & Switch (with karaoke), tablet with unlimited music and optional 4k video projector.

Possibility of taking care of lunch with meals made entirely at home: buffet, home-style meals, pizza. Possibility of offering activities: cooking classes, team building activities, sports coaching assisted by a professional.
