Concept Description: Do you want to experience a fun and constructive moment to strengthen team and inter-team cohesion in a real, small, human-sized, and warm Theater? Don't improvise anymore, we have what you need! Experience theatrical improvisation with your team in an artistic and atypical place. Experience shows that a theatrical improvisation workshop led by professionals helps to unite a group, give energy back to a team, strengthen self-confidence and confidence in colleagues, unleash creativity, and encourage letting go. Our professional actors will reassure your teams with kindness to get the best out of them, adapting to everyone's desires and abilities.

Activity: Our methodology accommodates up to 20 people and is organized around 3 highlights over a 3-hour period: • warm-ups to start letting go (explanations of formats and exercises) • improvisations focusing on the "cabaret" format (short group scenes with a theme provided by the actor, who is always by your side to support and guide you if you lack inspiration) • positive debriefings to go further

Specificities: We offer all the ingredients for a successful team building event, as we combine the ideal location (a real little theater) with professional actors and experts in improvisation techniques who love their craft and want to provide participants with a memorable experience.
