We provide menu tastings to ensure your meal makes a lasting impression.Registered for civil wedding ceremonies, Kuti’s Royal Pier can be the venue both for your formal ceremony and celebration afterwards.Your wedding venueOpened by Princess Victoria (just before she became Queen) in 1833, The Royal Pier has seen many facelifts and changes since its build. It would hold dancing and exhibitions right up until the Great War. With its distinctive iconic Georgian architecture, its beautiful white façade and the grand dome referred to it as the “wedding cake’’ has remained a familiar part of the local landscape ever since.Re-opened in August 2008, Kuti’s Royal Pier is now home to the Royal Thai Pier on the ground floor and the Gatehouse Grill on the first floor, a stunning venue for dining, events, and parties and a licensed venue for weddings and civil ceremonies.Ceremony & ReceptionYou may choose the area most suitable for your guests and numbers. As we are able to offer many options over two spacious floors we suggest coming to have a look around to see what would be best for your requirements. Waterfront View RoomBy far the most beautiful place to say your vows, with its Waterfront Terrace overlooking Southampton water showing off our waterside location at its best. Watch the stunning cruise liners coming in or simply enjoy the feeling of being by the sea creating a splendid setting for your photographs. If your guest numbers are between 40 and 70 then this is the room to use. Rum LoungeThe Rum Lounge our new addition located on the first floor with its grand dome and floating chandelier houses a beautiful circular glass floor that looks through to the downstairs restaurant and is ideal for a drink reception before the wedding breakfast or evening celebration. Number of guests 20 -35. Royal Pier PalaceThe largest room in the building which can hold up to 100 guests includes a lounge bar that has been elegantly designed and offers luxurious surroundings and comfortable seating. The room also opens out to the Royal Pier Garden ideal for guests to enjoy tranquil and beautiful settings. The number of guests is 65 – 100.
