La Perrière Château & Golf

Built by François II Goddes de Varennes in 1699, the Château de la Perrière has been completely renovated to host private and professional events. Classified as a French historical monument, the last occupant of the castle was the Count of Saint Pol in 1989. Woodwork, tapestries, paving and chandeliers have been restored, as well as the 17th century Saint-André chapel on the property.

The Château offers high-quality services for all types of professional events: cocktails, corporate parties, seminars, team buildings, etc. Modern and functional spaces, a dozen meeting rooms, on-site catering, all in an undeniably charming 17th-century building, surrounded by more than 5000 m2 of outdoor spaces and the Avrillé golf course.

Our traditional restaurant, Le Sévigné, offers French cuisine in its period lounge. The chef creates menus showcasing regional products with a touch of exoticism. Come and enjoy a culinary experience that will awaken your taste buds in an authentic 17th-century castle. Open daily for groups on request.
