Venue Description:

Laïa, discreetly located in the 11th arrondissement, offers an experience blending the flavors of the South of France, Spain, and Italy. Tania Cadeddu, a native of Sardinia with remarkable culinary expertise, having proven herself at Pottoka, the Ritz, Vida, and even shining on the set of the TOP Chef show, took over the kitchens of Laïa in January 2023.

Venue Strengths:

An address that disconnects and is designed to get out of Paris in Paris. The restaurant is located in a former distillery in the district, at the bottom of a flowered garden and holding a vegetable garden on the roofs. Laïa represents an invitation to travel, marking the beginning of the gastronomic adventure of the Fuga Family.

Et tenant un potager sur les toits. Laïa, une adresse pour voyager. A la cuisine cosmopolite, influencée par le Sud de la France, l’Espagne et l’Italie. Et dont l’âme s’ouvre aux bons esprits. Originaire de Sardaigne, passée par Pottoka, le Ritz, Vida et même TOP Chef, Tania Cadeddu a pris les manettes des cuisines de Laïa en janvier 2023 Laïa est le premier lieu exploité par la Fuga Family.
