Located in the heart of a natural reserve, at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, the Domaine d'Arès is a unique reception and holiday destination on the Arcachon Bay. This eco-responsible property of 30 ha consists of a stud farm, 2 character residences of 450m², vast outdoor spaces, as well as a reception room of 195m², ideal for hosting events.

Venue Strengths:

A domain located in the heart of the pre-salt reserve, in a natural and preserved setting, with beautiful living spaces (indoor and outdoor). An eco-responsible site. A peaceful and authentic atmosphere, conducive to well-being and relaxation with adapted equipment: a stud farm, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, a ping-pong table and large green spaces.

The estate is the ideal starting point for exploring the Arcachon Bay and its strategic spots: bike, boat, canoe, paddle, tasting, cultural visit, sea, ocean, lake, forest... everything is near the estate!

Le domaine dispose d'un 1er espace qui convient aux réunions jusqu'à 20 personnes, avec ouverture sur le jardin. Le 2e espace est une salle de réception dédiée de 195m² avec un club house attenant, idéal pour prendre les repas en extérieur dès les beaux jours.
Le domaine travaille avec des traiteurs locaux, soucieux du "manger bon et sain" avec une priorité donnée aux producteurs locaux.
Le Barn, d'une superficie de 195m², peut accueillir jusqu'à 130 convives en dîner assis. Si réalisé en extérieur, dans les jardins du club house attenants, 200 convives peuvent être accueillies sur ce format. Présence d'une tente berbère de mai à septembre. Pas de musique forte en extérieur, uniquement dans le Barn.

Le Domaine est éco-responsable. Il n'utilise ni engrais ni pesticide. Le chauffage est géothermique. La piscine du domaine fonctionne au sel, permettant ainsi de limiter la consommation de produits chimiques.
Il travaille avec des prestataires locaux soucieux de leur environnement.

The car journey takes around 1 hour and 5 minutes to reach our location from the center of Bordeaux.
Our venue has 9 rooms, 6 of which are twin rooms. We can therefore accommodate a maximum of 18 people.
