Venue Description:

Domaine de Ronceval is a renovated farmhouse that hosts your corporate events and workshops. It is located in the heart of the Walloon countryside, in the town of Dottignies, and enjoys a strategic location between France and Belgium: just 15 minutes from the Lille metropolis, 10 minutes from Kortrijk and 10 minutes from Tournai.

Venue Strengths:

The Domaine has two connecting rooms which, together, can accommodate approximately 150 seated people, and offer two complementary atmospheres. We also provide you with a charming inner courtyard, a huge and green garden, as well as the estate house, fully furnished and equipped with views of the surrounding countryside.

Good to Know:

Our philosophy is to give you complete freedom in organizing your event. That's why Domaine de Ronceval is completely free of caterer, brewer, and corkage fees.

The Estate is accessible by public transport or by car. It has a large private car park, which is very convenient for drivers and shuttles. From Paris, we recommend taking a TGV to Lille and then a TER to Mouscron from Lille Flandres station. There are TER trains every hour.

Nos deux salles communicantes peuvent accueillir, à elles deux, jusqu'à 200 personnes. Une cour intérieure distribue les deux salles et permet de créer un espace extérieur qui accueillera jusqu'à 50 invités supplémentaires, ainsi que les installations de votre choix : foodtruck, tonnelles... Vous pourrez aussi disposer du jardin qui peut recevoir jusqu'à 200 invités supplémentaires.
Parmi les chambres : - 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée, dont une avec deux lits séparés et l'autre avec un lit double - 3 chambres à l'étage, dont une avec deux lits, une autre avec trois lits et la dernière, chambre parentale, avec un lit double.
Nos deux salles sont toutes deux équipées d'une cuisine professionnelle qui accueillera le prestataire de votre choix. Le Domaine de Ronceval est libre de traiteur, de brasseur et de bouchon.

El Domaine de Ronceval ofrece una vista impresionante de la campiña circundante, con la posibilidad de presenciar sublimes puestas de sol sobre los campos.
La Finca consta de una antigua casa de campo totalmente renovada, con sus dos salas: el granero y el redil. Ofrecen ambientes muy complementarios: el granero, con su estructura de roble macizo y sus ventanales, para una atmósfera romántica y majestuosa; y el redil, para un ambiente más íntimo y encantador con sus bóvedas auténticas.
