The Valoxy Hub is a business incubator, a place for entrepreneurs and creatives to work and meet, conducive to exchange and "pleasant work". Created in 2013 by the accounting firm Valoxy in a renovated former industrial space, the Hub is located near Old Lille, just 10 minutes from the train stations and on the banks of the Deûle River.
