Historic bar located in a mysterious street, known only to insiders. Traces of history remain inside the bar. In the past, many poets and writers used to discuss and drink here (BAUDELAIRE, Paul VERLAINE, Oscar WILDE...). Renovated in 2019, l’Hirondelle is at once a wine bar, a concert venue, and a space for artistic and friendly events.
Although located in the heart of Paris, it is a very quiet and hidden historical street, unknown even to Parisians. There lies the mystery of the Rue de l'Hirondelle, the disappearance of Maître Dumas, a former prosecutor at the Châtelet.
