General Description
L'Usine is a coworking space created in 2017. We mainly welcome freelancers to work by the day or month. We welcome companies for meetings and study days. This place with an industrial/cozy atmosphere is ideal for organizing team building and working in subgroups.
L'USINE offers 100 m2 on one level with large windows to let in daylight. L'Usine is a 10-minute walk from Rouen train station and accessible by public transport. Bus stops for lines 5, 13 and T4 are 50 metres away.
All around are many restaurants and the hyper center Place du Vieux Marché is a 5-minute walk away. 10 minutes from the cathedral.
L'Usine is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Hours are extendable from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm for events (afterwork, cocktail...)
