Just 45 minutes from Berlin, surrounded by nature on the shores of a lake, Neupitz is a place dedicated to concentration, exchange, and relaxation. It's the ideal location for team seminars, workations, or retreats, where productive work and collective revitalization are paramount. Our 13 comfortable rooms can accommodate up to 29 people. They are all equipped with two separate beds and a private bathroom, and can be occupied flexibly. We offer accommodation options for small to medium-sized teams, with meeting rooms and catering, all in one place. Whether it's focused work in our workshop rooms or creative brainstorming by the water, our spaces are designed to facilitate exchange, concentration, and the emergence of new perspectives. Those who need a break will find tranquility on the lawn, by the dock, or during a walk in our small private forest. Our vast estate with private lake access offers space for movement, retreat, and encounters in the heart of nature. Upon request, the entire estate can be booked exclusively for your team. You can choose between a vegetarian full board prepared by our chef or self-catering in our fully equipped kitchen. Optionally, we provide the ingredients for a convivial pizza evening, for a pleasant team sharing moment. Panoramic sauna, pizza night, canoe trips, campfire site, modular meeting rooms, and much more: we offer various additional services to make your stay even more special. You decide what suits you, we take care of the rest. To ensure a relaxing stay for all, please take into account the following points: * RESPECT: We are a place of calm and inspiration. Please be considerate of our neighbors and other potential guests. We are not the ideal place for long, boozy evenings. * NIGHT SILENCE: The use of the entire outdoor area is permitted until 10 pm. After that, we ask you to make yourselves comfortable inside! * DRINKS: We have everything you need on site! It is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks.
