Finding a good venue is top of most couples to do list, but selecting somewhere that stands out from the rest is easier said than done. Long gone are the days of a simple hotel buffet, now weddings rarely come without elaborate planning and attention to detail, with emphasis on personality and an original slant. It's becoming harder to find somewhere that's really unique - but not impossible. We really want you to have the wedding you want, so we’re open to listening to your ideas and seeing what you would like. There are several places you can get married here; The Walled Garden, the newly renovated red brick barn, an African Safari Lodge, our Long Gallery or any of the reception rooms in the main house, it depends on what you fancy and on numbers, of course. We charge a fully inclusive fee for all our services, so there are no extra charges to get married here, (though you have to pay the registrar wherever you get married) We want you to have it all, that’s why we have the table centres, the candy cart, the photowall and so much more in what has been nicknamed our Pintrest room. We’re breaking the mould and giving you the wedding you truly want. We don’t do hidden extras and so eveything we have you can use. So often when you go to wedding venues you get a list of don’ts. That’s the one thing we’re trying to avoid here. If you want a brass band, go ahead… you can even blow your own trumpet. If you want more quiet and intimate that’s fine too. Fancy brining along the family pets? We would love to have them with us. In fact here at Pentre Mawr, if its legal and can physically be done the answer is YES! We do things a little differently and love it when you and your friends get to spend the whole weekend in and out of hot tubs, enjoying your wedding!
