Occupied for nearly a century by the same family from Marseille, the private mansion was then transformed into offices before its acquisition in 2009. Architects Claire Fatosme and Christian Lefèvre invested in the premises. The C2 project could begin, as could the writing of a new destiny, brilliantly outlined by the couple, soon to be pursued by the staff and the guests themselves. Two years of work were necessary to adapt the building to its new function. The hotel opened its doors in the spring of 2014. Prices: FORMULA – €39 incl.
