Le Carré de l’Ange

Christel Llop's calligraphies run on the walls, while Deborah Lanyon's works bring large touches of color and light to the stone walls. Jean-Louis Orengo's "Georgette" and the Savignac cutlers' "Ariégeois" are placed on the glass "pen case" created by a local glass craftsman for an original table setting. As a nod to the Couserans heritage, the lights take the form of large paper clouds and slate. The slate becomes a storage unit for the many wine carafes (creation Paul Fontvieille).
