Everything in a day meeting, plus dinner, the night and breakfast. It is priced per person and per day with an overnight stay. Note: a request for single rooms costs more than shared rooms.
Why are prices shown excluding VAT?
Venues publish their corporate rates excluding VAT, and VAT rates differ for the room, catering and accommodation. You will find the breakdown of these amounts directly in your quotes.
Does the price vary with the season and the group size?
Yes. Our figures start from the lowest rate each venue publishes, seasons included: they give an order of magnitude. The quote reflects your dates, your headcount and the services you choose.
