Using techniques as innovative as spherification, gelification or even cooking with liquid nitrogen (at -196 °), it has earned its letters of nobility through its spectacular and playful side.

Activity: During this Team Building, participants will be divided into several competing molecular brigades. The objective is to carry out as many molecular experiments as possible in record time. The activity will end with a tasting. Team Building Schedule: 10 minutes of briefing 40 minutes of challenge with 3 experiments: giant sugar tubes, alginate beads, sensory experience 10 minutes for the announcement of results 30 to 60 minutes of tasting
