More conventional team building activities such as cultural or sports outings bring your employees together around an enriching activity and also allow them to share moments outside the company that are not related to work.

● Integration seminar: its goal is to accelerate the integration process of new employees. It is also an opportunity for management to more effectively transmit the company's vision and for new employees to get to know each other.


The seminar may seem more complicated to organize and more expensive than teambuilding activities, but many companies have specialized in organizing this type of event. Unlike teambuilding activities and seminars, afterworks do not have this mandatory dimension: it is up to the manager to ensure that the proposed activities and the place where the event is organized appeal to the greatest number of people in order to attract a maximum of employees.
